2021 NOLAN’S LONG SNAPPING SEASON

Section - I

NOLAN’S DRAFT & SEASON INFO

• The 2021 Nolan’s Long Snapping Season will be a TEAM EVENT consisting of several 3 player teams selected during the 2021 Draft.

• The 2021 DRAFT will be held on SATURDAY, February 13th, @ 11:00 am CST via ZOOM.

• Athletes MUST inform Nolan that they are competing in the season before 11:00 am CST on Sat. February 13th.

• Per the Competition Group on 2/7, Caleb Fikejs and Connor Gordon will be automatic Team Captains and awarded 15 points to their team’s total score on the season. The remaining Team Captains will be assessed by Seniority and randomly drawn at the beginning of the draft.

• The 2021 Nolan’s Long Snapping Season will start on Sunday, February 14th, and finish with the Playoffs on Sunday, May 2nd, held at Nolan’s Dawg Den.

• BOTH In-Person & Virtual Athletes are eligible in the 2021 Nolan’s Long Snapping Season

• Athletes will chart at Solo Lessons, Small Groups, and/or Competition Groups.

• IT IS THE ATHLETES RESPONSIBILITY to remind Nolan that they need to chart during their Solo Lesson or Small Group Lesson if they are not attending the Competition Group, which automatically charts for the season.

• SNAPPERS CAN ONLY CHART ON THE TARGET ONE TIME PER WEEK

• Weeks are Considered MONDAY - SUNDAY, with the first day being Monday and the last day is Sunday.

Section - II 

NOLAN'S CHARTING CRITERIA

• In-person attendees will chart on Nolan’s Long Snapping target, and Virtual attendees will chart on the target they already have at home.

• Snappers will chart (4) 15 Yard Punt Snaps and (2) 8 Yard Field Goal snaps in the following order:

  • 2 — Punt Snaps

  • 1 — Field Goal Snap

  • 2 — Punt Snaps

  • 1 — Field Goal Snap

• Punt Strikes are worth 2 Points (-1 Point for Wobbled Strikes and/or Missing Post Snap Responsibility)

• Field Goal Strikes are worth 1 Point (No Points for Severely Wobbled PAT/FG)

• ALL CHARTING must be done LIVE during a lesson with Nolan; charting CANNOT be submitted via film.

• If a snapper does not chart in that week, he cannot make up points. He will not have points contributed towards the team’s total that week.

Section - III

NOLAN'S SEASON playoffs

• EVERY TEAM will compete in the 2021 Nolan’s Playoffs held on Sunday, May 2nd, 2021, at Nolan’s Dawg Den in St. Charles, Illinois.

• Team Seedings will be determined by Total Points achieved during the Regular Season.

• All Playoff Snaps will be held on the Nolan’s Long Snapping Target BELOW.

THE NOLAN'S SEASON CHAMPION WINNINGS

• The Nolan's Season Winnings are listed as follows:

  • The Winners will have their names added to the Alex Kube Memorial Trophy -- The official perpetual trophy awarded to the Winner of the Nolan's Long Snapping Season

  • The Winners will be awarded a personalized Nolan's Season Champion Award that they can keep forever
