In an effort to make best use of the 90 minute Group Session window, ALL snappers attending groups should be starting WARM-UPS 15 Minutes prior to their lesson! This will allow for EVERY Lesson to have competition and finish ON TIME!
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN WARM-UPS
✓ Alternating Left/Right Throws with Partner
✓ Full Extension Forehead Snaps with Partner
✓ Accuracy Bends with Partner
✓ COMPLEX -- Jump, Leg Drive, Snap on Air, Snap Ball (all is done with a bend and step)
LIVE SNAPS should be left for the beginning of the lesson!

An Email was sent out on APRIL 27th to all of the snappers in our program letting you know the Long Snapper App was coming down. However, it seems that many of you missed that email, so I am reminding you now!
With the increased use of the Online Store and the MINDBODY® App there is no longer a need for the "Long Snapper" App. That said, I wanted to let you know that the Nolan's Long Snapper App is NO LONGER available for use as of May 18th. This has been done to consolidate, making scheduling and payments uniform.
